As DJ Revêtement scaled its operations, the company made a strategic decision to invest in infrastructure that would match the sophistication of its products. Each team, from order management to engineering to production, was operating at a high level. The opportunity was to connect their expertise into a unified system: one where every stage of the order-to-production lifecycle was visible, traceable, and powered by the same data.
